ron, i run smoke on mine. i just use the smoke oil from the hobby shop. no slime at all. glad you are enjoying yours. how is the health and are you going to top gun. barry

i think the weight issue is this, many people are putting much larger turbines then the design originaly called for. mine has a p70 with zero nose weight added, this includes no factory pst weight....

jay, just sprayed straight on the wood. it is a forgiving paint. ehab, you know i am coming to top gun. might even bring the reaction. you bringing anything to top gun? barry

hello jay, i used rc car paint. the color is sprint white. i think it is a testors or pactra product. it is nitro fuel proof, so it is ok for the job. it sprays and covers fast. it is thin and light....

i had a sullivan laying around, but no nozzles. i made some brass ones. i didnt place them directly into the blast. instead, i got them close and aimed them at the blast. no worky. i have tam nozzles...

skywarrior, mine is an early kit. i think the new kits have a larger main tank. but i added a 24 oz and a 36 oz. one for smoke and one for extra fuel. barry

i have no speed brake. maybe the larger turbines with residual thrust may need one, but not 20 lbs or less. the flaps are huge and can droop down almost to 90 degrees. i am coming in at about 3...

test flew my pst 54 yesterday. 4 solid flights. p 70 for power. no pst nose weight required with this set up. i used 2 2400 4.8 nicads, jetcat 4000mah duralite and a 6v 1100 for the smoke pump, all...

richard, i have met and dealt with pst. they are first class. i have purchased from them with no issues. but if you want to purchase from the usa, i think bruce is a dealer as well as helijet. maybe...
